There are so many different reading / blogging challenges around the blogosphere that it is always hard to choose which ones to participate in. This year I have decided to create my own that aims to bring together the best of everything.
Rather than being specific to one specific aim it is open to anything and everything. The idea - what better way for personal development than for each person to set themselves a new aim or two each month. These are the sort of thing most of us probably do anyway in our own heads, my thought is that by sharing what we want to achieve that we will be more likely to see success.
Each months aims can be anything book related eg. reading, blogging or even writing. They could be anything from reading a certain number of books, to finish writing that first draft, get blog posts scheduled for the following month, finally reading a book you have had your eye on for ages or anything else you can think of.
At the start of each month I will be writing a post with my aims and then the following month I will share how I did as well as the next lot of aims. I will also add a linky so that if anyone chooses to join in we can all go and support one another.
If you choose to participate I would love it if you could create a sign up post (or tweet/facebook status if you don't have a blog) to help spread the word and then add a link to the linky below. If you would rather not then simply add you blog so other participant can check it out and I can remind you when the challenge starts in January.
Here's to a great new year of reading, blogging and writing!
I'll also sort out a button soon :)
