Stacking the Shelves / Showcase Sunday #36

20 Oct 2013
Showcase Sunday is hosted by Vicky @Books, Biscuits, and Tea and Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews and they both give bloggers the opportunity to share the books they have received in the past week.

If you want some books to stack your shelves I have a few awesome giveaways running on my giveaway page. As always if you click on the book cover you will be taken to its Amazon page.

Review

Paperback

This week I received the incredible sounding Beta by Rachel Cohn and FIVE copies of the utterly amazing Angelfall by Susan Ee. Expect to see a giveaway for a copy of Angelfall soon :)

Ebook

I received a few ebooks for review this week mainly for blog tours. Look out for reviews of most of these in November!

Dangerous Depths
WitchHunt
Edelweiss / NetGalley

I got several great books from Edelweiss this week, mainly YA 2014 releases that I am REALLY excited for. Thank you to the publishers for pre-approving me or approving my requests. I also got from netgalley a soon to be released novel by Lizzy Ford - one of my favourite indie authors.

Freebies

I got quite a lot of freebies this week. I am trying to keep up to date with current freebies and books on sale so that I can share them on my facebook page.  The downside is that it is hard to resist these free books and bargains myself!

Bought

I bought myself a few books this week also all have which I have read (or am currently reading). Blood Chosen is a just released sequel to an NA paranormal series I love (get book 1 for free!) and The Sacrifice was a spur of the moment buy as it is by one of my favourite paranormal and sci-fi erotic romance authors. Madeline Abducted is a recently released dark romance novel that people have been raving about, it is VERY dark (more so than I was expecting) with graphic scenes of murder so it is definitely not for the faint hearted.

So what do you think? Are there any books you have read, plan to read or have just now caught your eye? Feel free to link to your Stacking the Shelves or equivalent post in the comments.
